MRI does not accept insurance assignments. Payment for all medical services
and laboratory tests, performed at MRI, are expected at time of service. Any
payments for services provided by “Affiliates” will have to be settled with the
“Affiliate”, based on the “Affiliate’s” own financial conditions. MRI does not
derive any financial benefits from any of the “Affiliates” and, therefore, cannot
be responsible for any of their financial arrangements.
MRI offers standard medical receipts for all medical services provided at MRI.
Patients may use these receipts in attempts to recover reimbursements from their
medical insurance companies. MRI, however, makes no representation that any
of MRI’s services are either partially, of fully, covered by insurance.
Patients are encouraged to investigate the cost of services at MRI, inclusive
of laboratory and other diagnostic expenses, prior to consuming such services.
MRI staff will gladly provide such cost estimates in advance. Patients are,
however, advised that cost estimates are only estimates and final costs may
vary, though not to a very significant degree.
